Friendly and enjoyable baby massage classes in Leven, Glenrothes, Kennoway and Kirkcaldy. Learn how to communicate with your baby through touch, help improve their sleep and enhance you and baby’s bond.

Each class runs for 1 hour in blocks of 5 weeks, and includes the use of padded mat, oil, sensory toy and handout leaflets. There will be refreshments at the end of each session for parents to help themselves.

Babies should be at least 6 weeks old and be under the age of 12months.
