About Christmas Panto 2022: Beauty & the Beast
It’s the one that you want! Our 2022 pantomime will be…….Beauty and the Beast! Oh yes it is! The show will see the return of panto legend Ian ‘Sheepie’ Smith. Ian made a huge impact in his debut at the Alhambra last year as ‘Buttons’ in Cinderella, and we are delighted that Ian is returning.
Last year’s pantomime was hugely well received, enjoyed by audiences and press alike.
This year’s production of Beauty and The Beast is set to be the Alhambra’s biggest to date, audiences can expect spectacular sets, stunning costumes, dazzling special effects, accompanied with a live orchestra. The show will feature an all star supporting cast.
We recently asked our audiences what title they would love to see this year, and overwhelmingly Beauty and the Beast came out tops. We love to have your feedback and we are sure you will be very happy with this year’s pantomime title.
See you in December (though hopefully before) ….there are plenty more shows before in this, our Centenary year.
