About The East Neuk Salt Company
A talk which is relatively local and blends the past, the present and the future.
Darren Peattie, the founder of the East Neuk Salf Company will relate the story of salt production in St. Monans over the centuries. We will also hear of the success he has had in producing sea salt since setting up his Company in 2019. This was after a gap in production of 250 years.
Salt pouches will be on sale and tea, coffee and home baking will be available.
All most welcome.
