Come along for a relaxing morning of breathwork connecting you with the present moment and using cold water to energise you for your weekend!
About Breathwork and Ice bath experience
This is a session held at the lovely falkland estate, we will be in the stables with the ice baths outside and immersed in nature.
The session includes Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques which are designed to give you control over your breathing and access your nervous system to leaving you feeling calm, present and ready for the weekend.
After the breathwork has concluded, there is an optional ice bath that will allow you to use your newly learned breathing techniques to control your state and relax into the cold and reap the many benefits on mental and physical health that breathing and the cold brings.
