About Herbal First Aid - Remedies from your garden

Did you know you can grow a first aid kit in your garden?

Join Fife Herbalist Rosy to learn how to make herbal remedies for minor injuries and health issues, supporting yourself, friends and family with essential herbs that you grow or have on hand. 

This class will cover simple ailments including; digestive issues, immune support, cuts, burns, rashes, aches, stress and more.

We will focus on 5 essential herbs for your garden first aid kit and how to use these as herbal remedies.

You will leave the class with more confidence to use herbal remedies as well as a remedy to get your own first aid kit or apothecary started.

Please note: This class does not replace or offer official first aid training.
