A Warm Welcome: Begin your evening with a handcrafted Lochlea whisky cocktail upon arrival.
Gourmet Dining: Savour a meticulously curated 5-course menu, showcasing the finest local ingredients and classic Scottish flavours, from West Coast Cullen Skink to Crispy Venison Wellington.
Exclusive Whisky Tasting: Experience the unique flavours of Lochlea whisky with a guided tasting to complement your meal.
Traditional Ceilidh: Dance the night away to the energetic tunes of the Boreland Ceilidh Band, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

5 Course Menu:
Amuse - West Coast Smoked Haddock Cullen Skink, Ayrshire Bacon Crumb.
Starter - Lined Chicken and Haggis Terrine, Neep and Beets Chutney, Potato and Thyme Bread, Whisky Cream Sauce Puree.
Main - Crispy Venison Wellington, Braised Red Cabbage, Pickled Berries, Port Jus, Crispy Heritage Kale.
Cheese - Dunlop Cheddar, Whipped Arran Blue, Heather Honey, Fruit Cake, Coffee Grounds, Fig, Oaties.
Dessert - Sticky Toffee Pudding, Whisky Butterscotch Sauce, Oat Brittle, Honeycomb, Cranachan Ice Cream.

Pricing Options:
Dinner + Ceilidh (£95): Includes a 5-course dinner, whisky tasting, arrival cocktail, and entry to the Ceilidh.
Ceilidh Only (£25): Includes an arrival cocktail and entry to the Ceilidh.
