New techniques!
Mindful Art workshops are focused on providing 'breathing space' by practicing mindfulness in art. Creative or not, come along and learn some fun fluid art techniques, whilst also finding some 'calm' through practicing mindfulness.
You will be guided through some basic fluid art techniques, and learn how these can be used to practice mindfulness. All participants will create their own fluid art paintings which they can use to as a daily reminder to stay mindful.
The class will run for approximately 2 hours and will include refreshments.
Location: Small Business Market, Kingsgate Shopping Centre
All materials are included.
No experience required, only enthusiasm.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please wear old clothes that you don't mind getting paint on - this can be messy!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
