October is World Menopause Awareness Month, and this special event aims to provide you with tools and support to navigate this critical, often misunderstood, life event. Led by Templespa’s Debra Hogan, the evening will focus on practical hints and tips to tackle common menopause challenges, considering ageing well, nutrition, sleep and much more. You’ll leave feeling supported, energised and ready to focus on your best you. All guests will receive a special goody bag, welcome drink and canapes.
Debra Hogan is a passionate advocate for health and wellness, dedicating her 30-year career to helping others create a sense of wellbeing. Her workshops are relaxed, welcoming and lively.
