We are all so busy most of the time, so embrace this chance to slow down and cocoon yourself in gentle, nourishing practices to leave you feeling restored ahead of the festive season.
Connect to yourself, and your intentions for the rest of the year as we ease through calming and grounding movement, breathing and meditation.
Suitable for all levels (will be movement up and down from the floor), wear comfortable clothes (doesn’t have to be gym wear, just whatever is comfy that you can move in).
Everything is optional, and you are completely encouraged to do what feels right for you in this session - it’s your time out after all.
A chance to get some time to yourself, enjoy some calming and grounding practices to soothe and restore yourself ahead of Christmas.
Calming Gentle Movement
Grounding Breathwork
Intention Setting
Guided Meditation (Nidra)
Optional Reiki Treatment
Tea and Treats
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
