Dr Jamie Robinson - Data Wrangling For Asteroids & Comets - Unlocking The Secrets Of The Solar System With Survey Astronomy
From the School of Physics & Astronomy at the University Of Edinburgh we are excited to welcome for the first time, Dr Jamie Robinson to the club for a presentation on wide-field survey astronomy.
Dr Robinson is currently developing analysis tools for the upcoming Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST). The survey will increase the number of known asteroids by an order of magnitude over the next ten years!
This event is completly FREE for members and £2 entry for non-members.
