The Vintage Explosion burst on to the scene in Nov 2022 when a video of them performing Sam Cooke’s ‘A Change is Gonna Come’ went viral on TikTok and Facebook. With combined views and impressions reaching 1bn across all platforms!
Since then they have had four No.1 albums on the Worldwide iTunes Blues Album Chart, No.3 on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart – just behind Taylor Swift and ahead of Arctic Monkeys – as well as top ten on the US Billboard Blues Album Chart. Sold Out a 14 date UK Tour, were specially invited to perform at the BBC Big Birthday Bash on TV as the house band and made their live debut on national TV in the UK on This Morning on ITV.
Debut studio album of 10 self-penned modern classics, Havin’ Such A Good Time’ featuring No.1 Singles ‘Don’t Knock Upon My Door’ & ‘Take My Troubles Away’ went straight to No.1 on the Worldwide iTunes Blues Album Chart upon release in Aug 2023, outselling the likes of Joe Bonamassa and Van Morrison.
Their explosive live show has already progressed to theatre stages with a show in Feb 2024 at the 2500 seater Glasgow Royal Concert Hall selling out 4 months in advance.
Brand new album ‘Saturday Night’ is out Nov 2024 and has already hit No.1 on iTunes Blues Album Chart and No.74 on the Global Pop Charts.
