Have you ever wondered what pét-nat actually means? And why is the pop from a bottle of champagne so satisfying?! Well, come and join us at Aeble for an evening of bubbles!
We will taste, discuss and taste again some of the best sparkling ciders available in the country and explore the techniques behind them and why makers choose those methods to carbonate their wonderful drinks.
