Seasonal Ardross produce, cooked and shared at Pratis
Two family businesses, each with their own rich heritage in Fife's food landscape, are joining forces to create something special.
Ardross Farm, celebrating their 20th anniversary, and Pratis Barns are delighted to present a seasonal dining experience that showcases the best of local produce and hospitality.
Embark on a unique culinary journey where the distance between field and fork is measured in footsteps, not miles. Our Farm to Barn supper club brings together the exceptional produce of Ardross Farm and the rustic charm of Pratis Barns and their chefs' cookery skills.
Gather with fellow food enthusiasts at our long rustic banquet tables, where each dish tells a story of Scottish soil and seasonal rhythms. Our talented chefs will transform Ardross Farm's pristine ingredients into an inspired menu that celebrates the natural flavours of our landscape.
Throughout the evening, you'll be guided through this gastronomic journey by the passionate voices behind your meal. Hear firsthand from Nikki at Ardross Farm about their commitment to sustainable farming and their deep connection to the land, while our chefs reveal the creative process behind each carefully crafted dish.
We are proud to present this collaboration between Ardross Farm and Pratis Barns, offering an intimate dining experience that honours our local food heritage.
* The menu will be confirmed approximately 10-14 days in advance of the event due to the uncertainty of what Ardross Farm produce will be available and at it's best.
**To showcase everything that Ardross Farm has to offer, many of the ingredients that we will use in the menu naturally contain gluten and dairy, therefore we will be unable to cater for guests with a strict gluten or dairy free diet. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
There will be a vegetarian main course available, please notify us at point of booking. We do not offer a vegan menu.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
