Balbirnie House is a luxury country house hotel which sits as the centrepiece of 400 acres of beautiful Balbirnie Park in the geographic heart of Fife. Our category A listed Georgian 1777 mansion is near the village of Markinch, half an hour’s drive between Edinburgh, St Andrews, Perth and Dundee.

These include the incredible and unique hat-trick for Scotland, ‘Best Wedding Hotel’, global category in 2019, 2021 and 2022.
