Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been living with type 1 diabetes for years, or you're a parent or care-giver, or healthcare professional supporting young people living with type 1 diabetes, this event is for you!
Together Type 1 is designed to connect young people with others who understand what it’s like living with type 1 diabetes, improve understanding of diabetes and its effects, build confidence in managing the condition, keeping things fun and lively along the way.
Mark and Caitlin from Diabetes Scotland will talk you through everything the programme offers and how to get involved.
You’ll meet young people who will talk about what being involved in Together Type 1 means to them.
Plenty time for questions and answers.
Book your place on Eventbrite and Diabetes Scotland will send you a Zoom link to join the session on 24 April.
Diabetes Scotland looks forward to welcoming you!
PS If you can't make the event and are interested in finding out about Together Type 1, please email mark.elliott@diabetes.org.uk
